A better World

Actually I didn’t want to write a Blog post today. But than I read a text about FairTrade and I decided to report on it. FairTrade is an organization which works for fair conditions and provide higher living standards in developing countries. Summarized the company helps small-scale farmers to receive a fair price for their goods.

Through FairTrade small-scale-farmers gin access to markets, earn more money and thus have a higher living standards. It is therefor a benefit for everyone, o matter if farmer or consumer. It equips the farmers with some basic equipment so that they can market their harvest.

Another advantage of this organization is sustainable practices of these developing countries to achieve self-sufficiency. They also try to fight against malnutrition in the population and care to provide shelter or sanitation facilities. They simply take care of the basic needs.

This charity is in my eyes a really good organization, because they don’t look just after themselves they also take care to the population in developing countries and the small-scale farmers there. You too can support these farmers by simply buying FairTrade products in the supermarket

Social Media, progress or no progress for humanity?

Hey guys,

Sorry that I haven’t posted anything for such a long time, but now I am back and today I want to write about the problem of social media.
First, I would like to comment on the picture on the right side. What do you see? So, I see two people who have agreed to have a coffee but are now only on their cell phones. Many people meet to see each other, but then they are still only on the phone. In my opinion, that’s why people don’t even really talk to each other anymore.

Next, I want to talk about what social media makes of us humans. Social media has made it possible for people to communicate with each other in many ways, so you don’t even really need to meet anymore. You can already talk with the people via FaceTime or chat. This allows us to quickly make new friends, but in my opinion, only having contact via social media does not allow us to build a true friendship. You don’t really get to know people and people can hide their identity and pretend their real personality on social media. Social media do not bring us together, they separate us from each other. What is your opinion on this?

The last point is what are the reasons for the popularity of social media? I think social media is so important and popular as it is because many people think they are alone, and they have nobody and that’s why people crawl to social media and they can be whoever they want.

All in all, ….
Do you think like me? Or otherwise? Please let me know what you think and what do you like better, contact via social media or contact via real-life meetings?
We will see each other in the next blog!
See you,

Have you ever think about why do Children have to harvest cocoa and why do small-scale farmers in developing countries earn almost nothing from their harvested cotton? You are not alone with this question. More and more people are asking themselves such questions. In unfair situations like these Fairtrade would like to help with sustainable practises.

Fairtrade is a charity which helps families and farmers in developing countries to gain direct access to commodity markets and to market their harvest. The most important characteristics of FairTrade include the cooperation between small – scale farmers and fair trade organisations.

Through this organisation, small entrepreneurs receive a fair price for their work and products. Of course, the small-scale farmers must also hold on the sustainable practices. In addition, the charity wants to help families to fulfill their basic needs. To provide families with higher living standards, the charity trys to fight against malnutrition and collects donations to provide shelter for the homeless people in developing cuntries.

For example, a cotton textile manufactur in Dhaka employee over 2.5 million people, mostly women. These women work over 13 hours a day, make about $25 monthly and develop a dependency to such manufactures just to keep their families afloat. These squalid work conditions are not an option for the Fairtrade organisation. Child labour is also not tolerated. Therefore, women work in legal working conditions and for receive a fair price that exeeds the minimum wage so they can keep their families alive and build up a self-sufficiency from manufactories with squalid working conditions.

Everyone can trade fairly and our personal decision make a difference! Instead of blindly chasing products to discounted prices, we can choose for fair products. Like The Fairtrade Company says „Avarice is almost alwyas just another word for exploitation“.

Thanks for reading my blog post! I would be very happy if you share your own opinion with me and the community in form of a comment.

Today I write a blog about Fairtrade and I am going to tell you my opinion about this topic. In my opinion it is a very important topic, so I hope you find it also interesting.

Fair trade a word – we all know. All the same, there are still difficulties in developing countries. In these countries the workers work hard for us, but they do not get much money for their work. In my opinion they should receive a fair salary for the hard work. These people must fight daily to meet their basic needs and often they don´t even have a place to stay or enough money to buy food. This is the reason why they fight against malnutrition in their country every day. If more consumers bought Fairtrade, small- scale farmers in developing countries could market their harvest even more and there would be a benefit for everyone. It would be an advantage for all of them because we know that we can help others and the small-scale famers get a fair price for their work so they can feed their families. You see it differently?

However, an idea would be that a charity donates appeal and then rich countries can donate money. Further, a kit with some basic equipment can also be sent. Only in these ways people in developing countries survive a disaster. I hope you like my blog please keep on reading and feel free to leave a comment.

Fair trade and charity work

Hey guys! Welcome back on my channel, I hope you all are fine. Today I’d like to talk about fair trade and charity work which is a very important point in my life. In this blog, I will write about why fair trade is so important and about his benefits for the farmers. Furthermore, I will address the importance of charity work

So let’s start with fair trade. Fairtrade helps small-scale farmers to receive a fair price for their work, so they can cover their living expenses and gain access to markets all over the world. They also learn how to market harvest to compete in the global market. A benefit to the farmers is that higher living standards can be attained. Furthermore, sustainable practices are taken into account. What is frightening is that mainly small- scale farmers in developing countries develop a dependency to large companies.

Now let’s move on with charity work. Besides fairtrade there are also other charities. The charity organisations collect donations to meet basic needs and build sanitation facilities for injured persons and people who need help in developing countries. They also fight against malnutrition and provide shelter in crisis areas and developing countries.

I hope you liked my blog and I could give you some new information. I would be very happy if you wrote a comment. Don’t be shy.

Shop with Fair Trade

It doesn’t matter if it’s the ingredients for you lunch today or what you’re wearing right now. They all have their origin; some are from far away and the others are made in your country. But is this information really important for us consumers? It is hard for us to imagine that but plenty of products and clothes are made by people under very bad conditions. Even children under the age of 14 are involved in this process. You can’t just look away in this case and buy the product “blindly” without knowing the story of the manufactory behind it.

That’s one of the reasons why the origin and the delivery of products should be both important for the world trade and for us consumers. Every entrepreneur and small-scale farmer in their country wants to offer their products and earn fair for their work, so they can reach great success in the market. Not to forget, there are still traders who earn so little because their products don’t gain access to worldwide markets and without this access it can lead to small to no profit. Through that, the traders won’t be able to compete in the global marketplace and it will be hard to meet the basic needs for their families.

This happens frequently in developing countries or countries where the payment is very bad due the national economy. Therefore, the local people and even their children need to work in bad conditions just to keep their family afloat. They are working with corrosive agents that damage the skin, with chemical gases which they breathe in every day because they don’t get protective clothing at work. Their children have to give up their chance to go to school and work at a young age.

In order to benefit to everybody, a charity called Fairtrade helps merchants, who have difficult problems with the income. They ensure that they can market their harvest and take part at the world trade. Consequently, the products from the traders receive a fair price at the market and, additionally, they obtain higher living standards due better profits. If you want to support this charity or other organisations worldwide, you can donate online under the link www.globalgiving.org.

Lastly, I want to show you another opportunity where you can help traders. First you need to start buying products from the charity Fairtrade or from other traders, where you are sure that the people don’t work under these bad conditions and earn fairly for their sold products. You change so much in this world with that approach but the only question is: when will you start taking your first step? If you have something on your mind based to my blog, don’t hesitate and feel free to leave a comment. Until next time and don’t forget to stay healthy!

Hello beautiful people and welcome back to my blog.
I hope you are doing well and you are in good spirits to read my blog. I will tell you today about Fairtrade and Charity work and I want to give you some facts about it. I hope that you will like my blog.

First of all, it could be said that Fair trade connects consumers, traders and producers with the goal to achieve a fair price for small-scale farmers products. Fairtrade’s vision is a world in which farmers and workers on plantations in so-called developing countries can have higher living standards. Fairtrade products are labeled goods that come from fair trade in the production of which certain social, ecological and economic criteria were observed. These products are very trendy at the moment.

Some charities raise the standard of living in developing countries, donate, provide basic packages, and some people in these countries even receive housing. The goals of these organizations are self-sufficiency for the developing countries and that these countries can make headway in terms of education and development, diseases, infrastructure, environment and politics. These countries are often forced to fight against malnutrition. In addition, they have almost no sanitary facilities and the basic needs are very bad.

All in all, I can say everyone can do something to help these countries, and only with one thing: shop consciously . See what you buy! Let us all do what we can to help this countries.
I hope you find my blog interesting and you have an idea of these organisazions and think about what you will buy next time!

Stay tuned, there will be something new soon.

The hard life of a celebrity

Hi guys,

Have you ever had the dream of being famous? Today I would like to tell you about the positive and negative aspects of being famous and about problems that famous persons might have.

I’d like to start with the reasons why people want to be famous. Many persons want to be famous, but why? I think the main reason is money. I believe that every one of us wants to have much money to buy the things we want to have. Therefore, many guys want to be famous. Another reason is that people like to be in public and want to have many fans that adore them. But there aren’t only good aspects of being famous.

There are also negative and dangerous aspects of stardom. The first negative aspect is that you have stalkers and when you have them, you don’t have any privacy. I think everyone needs his own space because when you don’t have privacy, it isn’t good for your health because you will get a mental disorder. And stalkers can also be very dangerous for you and for your kids because they can kidnap you or your kids and then they ask for money. And you will also feel a lot of pressure because you have to be ‘perfect’ all the time.

Finally, there are also problems that celebrities have. One problem that famous people have is that they get on the wrong track and start taking drugs or they become alcoholics. Stars also have problems with fake friends and haters.

After all, I believe being famous is very hard and not always funny and cool.

The sense of Fairtrade

juliapakh0208; MAR 31,2020; 18.48 pm

Hi community, hope you all are doing well. I know some will be confused why I decided to open up a new blog. My old one, based on healthy food and nutrition , is still alive, but I wanted to reach my readers, you, to open your mind for a recent theme. I’m sure you have heard  about Fairtrade. Therefore , the positive aspects and the idea behind Fairtrade should be known better.

What is Fairtrade about? It is a certified sign, which helps small-scale farmers in developing countries. These farmers have to compete in the global marketplace against big entrepreneurs  without really knowing how to market their own harvest. Additionally, Fairtrade certified labels are able to support farmers to receive a fair price for their products as well as they enable them higher living standards.

May I highlight that Fairtrade is closely linked to my other blog ? Towards a better world as with healthy food and sustainability , Fairtrade is a main issue, for instance  the help they give to poor farmers and how they teach them to make headway. Moreover, the whole process  happens with sustainable practices. These fair conditions are a step into a better world and a future worth living.

Next to Fairtrade, there are other ways to help people in need, for example , with charities . Donations for charity organisations can help people in need to survive a disaster, moreover shelters and sanitary facilities are provided. Furthermore, many organisations have tried to find ways to satisfy basic needs in the case of poor people like those living in war zones, starving people and refugees. All of these organizations are trying to help those people, for whom a standard of living like ours doesn’t even occur in their dreams.

Finally, I wanted to point out that some important goals of all helping associations are to fight against malnutrition and give people in need self-sufficiency. Everyone of us, of our community, can make the charities’ goals to their own. Above all , I hope I could convince  some of you, to buy Fairtrade and to support charities similarly to their supporting of our world.

Leave a comment on my thoughts and tell me yours. Stay healthy!

Fairtrade in the global world

Hello dear readers!

Healthy and fairly produced goods are more and more essential in our society. The shops often offer the same products with different prices. Some of those, mostly the more expensive ones, show the Fairtrade logo which the cheap products don’t have. How important it is to take the right buying decision, you can find out now.

In developing countries people often have to survive a disaster. Especially, small-scale farmers are poor and have no access to commodity markets which means that their products are mostly bought by big companies for a starvation price. If farmers would receive a fair price for their work they could achieve a higher living standard.

Charities are supporting these people with donations to cover their basic needs but also by providing shelter. These poor farmers would benefit from entrepreneurs who market all harvest from one region with a fair price to other countries. That is the only possibility to compete in the global marketplace.

Another important point to make headways with the self-sufficiency of farmers is to build a good infrastructure and some schools for their children. If this all is respected, we will see thriving communities.

Summing up you can help these farmers by buying Fairtrade products and stop the poverty in these countries. Let me know what your experiences are with Fairtrade products and what you think about this topic by writing a comment.
